As I mediate on my scriptural reading for the day, John 12: 24-28, I think of verse 26, the words of Messiah Yeshua: “If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will [my] Father honour.”
I reflect: “if I serve him and so follow him (Yeshua) where he is, I am also”.
I pray “Elohim (God) I want to be where you are always. I want to live in your heavenly realm while on earth, under your open heavens or in your presence always.” I begin to think as I meditate on the whole verses 24-28 (quoted below): “Living a sacrificial life, loosing my life for him, for his sake or dying to self as he died for me is the only way to be where Yeshua is. If I am where he is in my current life, in his presence that is, then as one dead to self I can only but be fruitful for His sake. He is the true vine who has called me to bear much lasting fruit (John 15:16).
I have the assurance that Yeshua is preparing a place for me (John 14) in the heavenly realm of God. I have a mansion there, wow! While he is preparing this place or mansion I also call the “Bridal suite” for me, he is also preparing me here to be a holy bride worthy to be where he is, how exciting !!”
I pray “Father I acknowledge my weaknesses, however I know that your power is strongest when I am weak (2 Corinth. 12:9-11). I surrender my life to you daily for cleansing from sin including hidden and presumptuous sins (Psalm 19:12-13). Examine me Adonai and show me where I am grieving you so that I can repent and be cleansed from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). My desire is to be holy and always where you are Most High God. In Yeshua’s Name I pray Amein!

24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. 25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. 26If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will [my] Father honour. 27Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour. 28Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, [saying], I have both glorified [it], and will glorify [it] again. (Jesus’s words) (John 12:24-26 KJV)
If people don’t like you, ask yourself does their dislike of you have a negative bearing on your mental health and ability to prosper in life?
Does their dislike of you diminish your self worth? If per change the answer to any or all the above is your reality then it is time to stop and evaluate your LOVE FOR SELF.
Consider the two greatest commandments “love Elohim (God) and love your neighbour as yourself” (1).
If you truly love yourself, only possible by accepting Elohim’s love for you and loving Him in return, then you will allow Him and only Him to be the one to determine every aspect of your life, your thoughts actions and self worth.
It is from this position of a love filled persona, that you utilise Elohim’s wisdom to
*guard your heart, for from it flows the issues of life (2),
*perceive yourself as a treasure in an earthen vessel created by Elohim with significance and purpose. (3)
It is therefore from this position that you relate to your “neighbour” or anyone, including your haters… making a difference in their world as you manifest the unconditional love of Elohim, for He is love (4).
